Yeah, little more freedom to move/talk to your crew (or new ppl entering the elevator) would certainly be an improvement. ..or some cameos - like imagine if Miranda gets on on one of the floors to catch the elevator ride to presidium commons... lol

My fears as well. At the same time for EA it’s a good opportunity to revive old fans’ interest to the franchise - before they invest into the next ME game (assuming the company has any future plans for Mass Effect).

For sure there’s a little bit of that but on their earnings call at the start of this fiscal they mentioned an unnamed HD remake on the way. And most previous ME games came out in Feb/Mar. Fingers crossed! )))

Good news today - looks like a book ‘Art of the Mass Effect Trilogy’ can be preordered now - with a Feb 23rd release date. Knowing that EA fiscal ends in March - can we assume that this is also the day when Trilogy Remake will hit the shelves?

Agree! It would’ve been better off without all that reaper nonsense. Exploring the galaxy at your own pace, getting into politics, building alliances and relationships, upgrading your ship - sounds like a damn nice game to me!

I wish Doctors never sold it to EA. Karpyshyn mentioned what’s changed in his blog back in February “We were less able to make what we loved, and the teams were pushed to create games based on market research rather than our creative instincts and passions.” Totally different culture indeed...

Glad you enjoyed the trilogy! ...very interesting about andromeda being the way into the franchise for you. True - all 3 games take awhile to pick up the pace - 1st one keeps you on citadel for several hours, then there’s freedoms progress in #2 - 3rd one got a bit better. But I found teammates...
