DO NOT do this "tweak". The values in the file are correct. This is set after hardware detection. It's allocating and reserving memory for a specific function. It doesn't mean it's not using memory. My 2080ti shows 10.2 gigs of vram use out of 11 gigs. This IS NOT a fix and can hurt...
