Title says it all. Doesn't matter about the system it's based on. For what you, what are some of the best video game adaptations of tabletop rpgs?

VtM: Redemeption
VtM: Bloodlines
Neverwinter Nights 1&2
Icewind Dale 2
Pathfinder: Kingmaker

I really liked the Warhammer 40k real time strategy game series called Dawn of War. The first game was pretty fun and the second's more rpg elements were nice. Still haven't tried the newest one, tho but it looks good

Planescape in it's own way, one of the best RPG.
