Terminator: Dark Fate

the Terminator franchise is quite screwy.
Terminator: Dark Fate is a sequel to Terminator 2.
the previous movie, Terminator: Genisys, was a sorta sequel, Back to the Future 2-ish, to The Terminator, set in an alternate wacky timeline. I for one loved Genisys.
anyways, Dark Fate is on Amazon Prime. I’m about to watch it. hopefully I’ll like it. here’s the trailer I thought was quite neat, with a Björk cover of all things:

I just watched it. I thought it was pretty good.
I like the idea of more standalone Terminator movies, even if they aren’t exactly planned to be lol.
Linda Hamilton’s return is something to be celebrated.
Makenzie Davis is a badass.

The story itself felt flimsy but it was still fun
