Third person and first person games which do u prefer?

It depends on the game. Though sometimes I like the hybrids most, like Halo, Far Cry, Deus Ex, the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077, etc. You know where most of the gameplay might be first person, unless you enter cover or get into a vehicle. Then it shifts to third person.

I prefer third-person as far as camera angles go. I just like to see how cool or interesting my character looks. I enjoy both but definitely prefer the third-person camera view.

Third person games are my preference. I enjoy FPS when that's how the game was designed, but if I get an option, third person.

Third person, it's difficult to replicate a natural first person experience true to life imo without peripheral vision and depth perception.

Third person at least lets you see whats at your character's periphery

I really hate first person games which is why I've become less and less interested in (newer) games. I've never been good at following the camera (definitely some unknown neurological issue) but I remember when Super Mario Galaxy first came out I thought "ok, this is RIDICULOUS" and ever since then I gave up lol.

I definitely prefer third person unless it's a really good fps like Far Cry. As a melee combat action game fan, games like Devil May Cry, Bayonetta, Metal Gear Rising, and even God of War really make 3rd person enjoyable

Depends on the game. I prefer 3rd if it's a RPG or an adventure game, but prefer 1st for fps.

Prefer being able to switch when I feel like it. Otherwise normally 1st person

It depends on the genre for me, and if there's any interesting twists that work into either perspective.

I love how immersive first person can be and it works very well in cases where you're interacting a lot within enclosed spaces and working field of view into the mechanics (like peeking around corners and slowly opening doors with the mouse in stuff like Amnesia).

Third person is awesome for cinematic styles and games where rapid fire situational awareness is important, like Devil May Cry.
