Valorant Potential?

Hey y'all, just wondering, could Valorant really become bigger than CSGO or bigger than any other FPS games that are out currently?

I've never been a fan of CS Go because of the map design. I hate camping. It bores me. I liked the idea of Valorant changing that camping aspect due to the abilities tossed in but I have still yet to watch a live stream where the players play the game any different than they would play CS Go.

It's been going very well so far as far as popularity. It's just not for me.

From what I've seen of Valorant, wouldn't it be more something to compete with Overwatch rather than CS:GO? I could be wrong though. It looks fun though.
