I have never seen a PS4 PHYSICALLY not to talk of a PS5 but judging from the gameplay videos I have been seeing on YouTube why does the PS5 HAVE TWO MODES. "PERFORMANCE AND FIDELITY MODE" THIS IS A CONSOLE.. I FEEL EVERYTHING SHOULD BE BALANCED. IT'S NOT A PC WHERE TWEAKING SETTINGS TO YOUR TASTE TO SUIT YOUR SPECIFICATIONS IS THE NORM....... Or what do you think guys??

Considering Ray Tracing is a huge performance suck so those settings are primarily focused on that.

Some people prefer the extra visuals while others prefer a smoother FPS. Seeing as I don't have a 4K monitor, I think I'll be fine with just performance mode.

I like it, the more options the better especially if im paying 500 dollars for a peice of hardware

Well guys as long as I remain contented with my 25-30 fps gameplay on my pc.. I don't think I have much to worry about. I believe one day though I will join the 60fps gang....
