Movies Based on Games, Good idea?

I heard the castlevania series is awesome but I still haven't seen it yet. I'm still waiting to get a nice TV so I can binge it in proper 4k. I watched a few minutes of the fifth element but forgot about it. I might check it out again haha. 3 of my junior high friends back in the day were tales fans but i never got into it myself. It seems a little too weaboo lol jk

There's this game they made a trailer of dead island 2 it looked amazing the trailer was released in 2016 but still hasn't released it till this day you should look at the trailer bro

Lmao, can't disagree on the "too weeaboo" part. But, hey, it's not bad. The story, actually. But, yeah, you gotta be able to tolerate some anime graphics here and there.

I remember this live action pac man movie with adam sandler that got bad reviews lol. I'm too lazy to google the name of the movie. I thought the warcraft movie was decent even tho critics did not give it the best reviews. It had really good cgi. I would have preferred if the entire movie was in cgi instead of live action actors with cgi creatures

It all depends on a lot of different factors. Right cast and crew. Right intent. What they change and why. The format/genre. For example, animated or not? Show or movie?
