I'm kinda miffed that they reviewed these GPUs without making use of Ryzen 5000 series CPUs as the Smart Access Memory of the GPU can only be utilized if the CPU is also a Ryzen 5000 series. There's also the issue of AMD's version of Ray Tracing being behind by 25-30% but since AMD is still working on making their Ray Tracing implementation open source, I have a good feeling that their implementation will get better real soon.

It's a good time for game hardware but sadly, it's being harmed by stupid scalpers.

hyped by amd's comeback so far. Waiting for the 6900 xt reviews on december 8. Rumours/speculation on nvidia's 3080 ti release in january will be the deciding point imo. Like you mentioned, if not for ray tracing or dlss, amd seems like the better deal for now

I have faith that AMD can deliver. Remember when they started Mantle? It took a while before it eventually became Vulkan, and Vulkan has been a real game changer.

The cards just released on the 18th, and there are already issues with stock. I don't own the current AMD RX 6000 series cards but I'll be doing an upgrade eventually, and when I do (and when the prices stabilize and these scalpers go to hell where they deserve to be...), it's gonna be good ^___^

Happy gaming. But your current GPU does the job well enough or it doesn't? .🙁

It does decent enough. I'm kinda busy playing exclusives on the PS4. I am done with the main quests of Bloodborne (the last boss remains) and will start the third Chalice Dungeon soon. It will be my tenth platinum I believe.

Oh man, that brings back memories. I played the original Crysis on Medium settings on my brother's laptop.

My current CPU is from 2012 😶 but she has served me well.
