Anyhow not a terribly big problem but I had a problem with Borderlands 3 where my save was not synching with the servers so I stupidly clicked on my synched save and it took me back about 3-4 levels. I quit playing before looking through my inventory but I am guessing I lost all my great weapons etc. Just lookout if you have synching problems as this may happen to your saves on PS5 as well.

Also if you have a PS5 and are interested in CRSED I advise not to try it as it is glitch laden though a cool idea.
Also not as major a problem but a small glitch somehow while climbing stairs on B3 I randomly got stuck and got walking animation but could no longer move so had to quit and reload. Awesome game though just wish it was not so glitch laden.
After deleting Borderlands 3 I have had no problems. Well one problem is that I can not receive a refund 
Did it happen when you were playing the game or when browsing the store?Software error today looking on my home screen then suddenly going black and saying there was a software problem.Hoping this does not equate to bigger problems along the line.

Do you get any error code with that crash that you can send to customer support?Just happened again
