I do love the Resident Evil and Tomb Raider movies plus Mark W is plain fucking hilarious so hopefully the Uncharted movie will be good

A lot of movies based on games have been bad in the past but that doesn't mean there aren't any good ones. I actually thought the first mortal kombat movie wasn't bad. There is a more obscure japanese movie based on the first phoenix wright game that was also decent

There's this game they made a trailer of dead island 2 it looked amazing the trailer was released in 2016 but still hasn't released it till this day you should look at the trailer bro

That was a dope movie. Buckethead was one of the people who worked on the OST for the movie.

The more gamers that get into making movies the better the adaptations are becoming because those previous adaptations have been focusing on the wrong things in there adaptations and there were no gamers around to point out that they were bad ideas.

I completely agree with that they should get the people involved in that particular game so the movie focuses on the right aspects of the game and even if they continue with the story they do it with the right perspective. TLOU would make a great movie someday

There are also movies that aren't based on games exactly but have a lot of references to them like wreck it ralph and ready player one. I think that's one way to make a movie about games without butchering the source material for the game itself

There is a vague rememberance in me of something like this. Too bad my memory sucks right now.

Remember the Fifth Element Movie that was all the rage back in the early 2000s lolol ??

There's the Castlevania series as well (still gotta check myself personally)

Not movies but I watched a lot more anime of Tales of than I played Tales of and they were cool.
