i like michelle, too. She really has the tough action girl look. As for the last of us series, I'll probably watch it after playing the games some day

I feel like playing the games first is a must before watching the series so I still need to play TLOU 2 before I can watch it
You can tell the story of the first game in 3 to 4 episodes. I'd actually rather see the show then play the game because I find Naughty Dog make there set pieces unnecessarily longer then they need to be.

the thing is for me, I get emerged in the game and I want to see the series having already experienced the game and truly appreciate the series like, if a scene from the series occurs that's from an epic scene I've played in the game, connecting with it will be that much more satisfying. If any of that makes sense

Compared to the Uncharted games, the Last of Us games have little to no setpiece moments. In the first game, there's a moment where Joel is caught in a trap and is upside down. Then there's this small horse riding moment. In the second game, aside from the RK boss and 2 vehicular chase sequences, everything else is just standard fare.

There's also a sniper moment in the first and a few others that I felt were overly long in the first game. I haven't seen the second so I can't comment.

I haven't played the second one either but I've seen some gameplay which looked really good

I see your point and it's pretty valid but I'm also yet to try out the second one so I'm looking forward to that first
