  • Leg Raises & Side Leg Raises
  • Crunch
  • Sit - ups
  • Twisting Crunches/Bicycle Crunches
  • Plank
  • Standing Bike Crunches
And finally some stretches like; Cobra, Side Twists.

All the exercises here are guaranteed to give you that lovely six pack abs, it just depends on your persistence and energy.
